Can I use Soyatoo for all the same things as normal cream?
Yes, there are no limits. You can use Soyatoo!® in all sorts of dishes.
Why isn't Soyatoo Spray Cream labelled as certified organic?
Appendix 6 of EU Regulation 2092/91 stipulates which ingredients are permissible in organic products. Since nitrous oxide is not included in the list we are not allowed to display the Bio-Siegel" label on the Spray Cream packaging or label any ingredients as being organically grown, even though they are the same as those in Soyatoo!® Topping Cream, which bears the "Bio-Siegel label.
What is nitrous oxide? Is it dangerous?
Nitrous oxide is a gas with the formula N2O, which is often used for everyday purposes. You are likely to know it from gas cartridges for cream siphons. Nitrous oxide is not dangerous to the ozone layer.
